Shipping costs are determined by the total cost of your purchase.  We use USPS or FedEx Ground for shipping. Online orders will ship within 2 business days of the date the order is placed.

Return/Exchange Policy

We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our fair trade products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange by contacting customer service.


In cases where a product is out of stock and will not reach a customer within the standard shipping timeframe, Eternal Threads will notify customers of the delay and expected arrival time of backordered product. All other available items in an order will be shipped within standard timeframe. Once backordered items in an order become available, they will be sent separately at no additional cost to complete the order.

Gift Cards and Final Sale Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales Tax

By law, items sold by Eternal Threads and shipped to destinations in the state of Nebraska are subject to sales tax.
